Who we are

FlyBuddy is a future flight booking service. The site currently runs in demo mode: tickets are not sold. The service’s legal entity is being registered; until then the project owner is responsible for the data. Contact: the chat on this site (“Chat with Buddy”).

What data we receive

1) Chat messages — kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. 2) Email — only if you subscribe to the launch news and tick the consent box; kept until you unsubscribe. 3) Technical server log (IP address, page address, time) — to protect the site, overwritten as it fills up. Demo search data never leaves your browser.

What we don’t do

We don’t collect passport or card data, don’t set advertising or analytics cookies, and don’t sell or share data for advertising. The visitor site uses no cookies; a service cookie exists only in the operator console.

AI assistant

The chat is answered by AI first. Messages are processed by the model provider: Google (Gemini API), with Groq as a fallback. AI answers may be inaccurate; for payments, refunds and complaints a human joins.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Delete a chat with the button in the chat; delete your email with the form below or by asking in the chat.

Changes

When the service starts selling, this policy will be extended with booking and payment data. The new version will be published on this page before sales begin.
